Lately things seem to be going in a fast pace around me and lots of things going on and lots of things that need prayer. Recently a employee passed away, just a few short weeks after his girlfriend had passed on. Then there was another employee that truely needs prayers due to an unfortunate accident. (Please forgive my vagueness, I work in HR and need to be careful on things I post and say.) Then I hear stories of others just passing away for all different sorts of reasons.....it just breaks my heart.
And another thing that has been on my mind and I am sure many others, is the way our economy is going and how people are losing their jobs left and right. There are so many out there that need prayer and hope.
I am posting this mainly just to ask you to take a minute and to stop and pray for the people who have lost a loved one recently or maybe not so recently, to pray for those who are hurting for whatever reasons, to pray for those who are afraid they may lose their jobs, that they will find trust in God, to pray for those who just need a prayer...

Anyway, more random thoughts from me....but something that has been on my mind and in my heart lately. Things I need to remind myself of sometimes.

Sometimes HIS plans are hard to see for yourself and hard to understand, but you are right, we MUST trust in HIM whole heartedly.

There are so many hurting people yet it's hard to look around and not count our blessings. We have a great God who's in control of everything, even though it may not seem that way at times. Keep your chin up! You are loved!
