And I couldn't ask for better sisters....

No matter how far apart we are from each other we will always be the best of friends.....

Life

Life sure has been insanely crazy and busy the last couple weeks!

Not much is really new.....Work is going great and extremely busy! We currently have 39 open positions. So as you can imagine, they keep me pretty busy. I am blessed to have a good job!

I've been spending time with my sister Lia, saying goodbyes, attending Shelly's wedding, hanging out with friends and of course Tom. I've had family dinners and graduation for Johnny and the list could just go on and on......

I just wanted to take a minute and ask for your prayers for the following things......

Pray for Lia and Scott and the kids as they get ready to leave on Wednesday. I believe their flight leaves at 3pm. Pray that the next couple days go smoothly. I know Lia is lacking in the sleep category. Pray for guidance.

Pray for the rest of us as we prepare to say our goodbye's for 6 months....It's not going to be easy. And as most of you already know I am not good with good-byes. I do not like them but I know I would regret not being there to see them off.......

Pray for Shelly and Kent. Pray that God will not only bless their marriage but bless them as they leave for their mission trip and as they also prepare to move out to Washington State.

Pray for Amy and Stella as they are getting ready to come to Michigan for a couple weeks. I believe they are due in tomorrow night around 9:30pm.

I think that is it for now. I hope everyone is having an enjoyable summer thus far....I know I am enjoying it.

Time Flies....

It seems like just yesterday Johnny was born and now he is graduating from the 8th grade. My how time seems to fly right by. I just wanted to take a minute and wish him the best of luck as he heads on to high school....

Today is the Day!

Well.....Today is the day for what might you ask?

I have deleted every wedding picture from my computer. It was TIME! I am tired of going to find a nice picture to post and seeing 200 some wedding pictures looking at me. That was the old me.....now all I have to go is going to my parents and getting rid of the hard copies.....

This weekend I will be attending my first wedding.....and I am going to go with my chin up, a smile on my face.....and pray that God will be right on one side and Tom on the other....giving me all the encouragement and understanding I need....and I know they both will be because they have been.

The new me says good-bye to the past and welcomes the future with open arms. I am free as free can be....I am happy as happy can be.....I am blessed as blessed can be.

So after a week of feeling semi bad about posting a peaceful picture of my darling sister sleeping on the plane ride to our family cruise. I thought I would take a minute to let her know, that I will miss her tons!!You're an awesome sister and I am so happy and proud that you have such a great opportunity to do this. Don't miss me too much....I'll miss picking on you.....although some brilliant person invented blogs and the internet....so....we may be far apart but not far enough to dish out the sisterly love.
